Forged through real-life pain, Kory is bringing raw honesty, innovative grit, and a different kind of transformation to the world of inspirational speaking.
Kory Ivey is not in the world of transformational speaking to sound like everybody else.
He is not the speaker audiences expect. He is the one they remember.
He is not interested in borrowed stories, rehearsed optimism, or standing onstage pretending life can be fixed with a catchy phrase and three easy steps. Kory speaks from real-life, hard-core pain—experiences he personally endured, survived, and overcame.
His message didn’t come from reading books about success.
His message wasn’t written with ink.
It was written with scars, setbacks, failures, and pushing through pain one step at a time.
Today, Kory Ivey is a transformational speaker, creator of 3P Soup™: Recipe for Success, and Founder of the 30-Day LifeChanger™. Long before those names existed, life tested every principle he would one day teach.
His awakening was not a bad business deal, a maxed-out credit card, or a rough year that later became a convenient success story.
A severe staph infection came out of nowhere like a sucker punch to the back of the head and put Kory into a coma. When he woke up, the guys in the white coats gave him a 10% chance to walk and only a 30% chance to talk.

Kory had two young daughters at home who needed their dad.
Kory wasn’t buying the goods the guys in the white coats were selling.
“I do not accept your version of my reality.”
That belief became part of how Kory approaches adversity. It does not mean ignoring reality or pretending a bad situation is good. It means somebody else’s lack of belief in him does not become his reality. What Kory believes is possible shapes his reality.
Giving up was never going to get him home to his girls.
That’s when the real work started. Kory had to defy the odds and relearn how to walk and talk while dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional roadblocks.
There was pain. Lots of pain.
There was hopelessness.
Day by day.
Step by step.
Piece by piece.
Kory clawed his way back up to reclaim his life.
Looking back, Kory would not wish the experience on anyone. But he refuses to waste what it taught him.
Most people think grit means putting your head down, taking the punishment, and somehow hanging on. Kory sees it differently. Grit should teach you something. It should force you to adapt, find another way, and turn whatever tries to break you into something with purpose.
That is innovative grit.
That is where 3P Soup™: Recipe for Success came from—not as another polished theory, but as a philosophy learned the hard way.
Patience.
When everything that can go wrong does.
Persistence.
When you want to quit but don’t.
Perseverance.
Getting back up again, and again, and again.
These are not three easy steps. They are three disciplines that kept Kory moving when easy was no longer an option.
Sometimes progress is obvious. Sometimes it looks like absolutely nothing is happening. Kory learned not to confuse slow progress with failure.
“If it ain’t working yet… it ain’t done cooking.”
That same belief became the foundation of the 30-Day LifeChanger™. Real transformation does not happen when an audience applauds. It happens after the room goes quiet, life gets hard again, and a person decides what they are going to do about it.

He has no interest in speaking only to the polished, successful, and already confident. He wants to reach the person who feels lost, empty, overlooked, or counted out—the person who needs to be reminded of their value.
“You are the best part of YOU.”
Three words describe Kory best:
Character. Honesty. Straightforward.
He will tell you the truth even when it is hard to hear—and give you the shirt off his back if you need it.
Kory brings something different to inspirational speaking because the message and the man delivering it cannot be separated. He lived the pain. He faced the odds. Then he turned everything meant to break him into something capable of rebuilding others.
No borrowed stories. No manufactured struggle. No carefully polished act.
Kory Ivey is the real deal.
